Located on historic Covington Square, this 37,000-square-foot facility features 12 residential loft units on the second and third floors, with commercial retail space on the first floor. The lofts average between 1,400 and 2,400 square feet and feature private balconies. Constructed of conventional post and beam steel with elevated concrete floors, the ceilings in the lofts feature exposed tongue-and-groove pine boards with natural stain finish. The roof is a four-ply, 20-year built up system and the exterior finish has a detailed brick veneer. This stunning project was completed for Miller Gallman Developers in just nine months.
